SHIPPING FEE
Standard shipping fee: USD 8.99
We ship worldwide. A flat rate of USD 0.99 is charged for all orders over $50, regardless of location.
This fee covers the additional labor involved in our handcrafted customization, along with the premium gift box, greeting card, elegant packaging, and more.

ORDER PROCESS
To make sure you receive your order as soon as possible, we process orders within 1-2 business days,
*Custom piece ships in 10-15 business days, and they are shipped the following business day.
SHIPPING TIME
- For US orders, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after processing.
- For orders outside the US, delivery usually takes 15-20 business days.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your package’s progress.
TRACKING
Please note that tracking your package and providing any required customs information is your responsibility. If an order is returned to the sender or marked as undeliverable due to incomplete customs clearance or courier requirements, we are unable to provide a free refund or replacement. You may need to place a new order.
Once your item ships, we will send an update with tracking details. You can check your shipping status via the provided link, the Tracking Order section at the footer of our website, or track your order at https://www.17track.net/en using your tracking number.
DELIVERY
In some cases, your local customs office may require additional documents, which could result in slight delays. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered by the local post office or a courier service. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your package.
What if I haven’t received my order after 30 days?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please contact us via email, and we will assist in checking your parcel’s status. If necessary, we can resend a replacement at no extra cost. If you prefer a refund instead, we kindly ask for 60 days before processing it.
